Delete your LexaBook account
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@lexabook.me from the email address you use to sign in to LexaBook.
- Use the subject Delete my LexaBook account. You don't need to give a reason.
- We will confirm by email, then delete your account and data within 30 days.
Want to keep a copy first? Share your customer statements and lists as PDF from the app before you request deletion. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- All businesses on the account, with their profile details and UPI ID
- All customers and suppliers, ledger entries and balances
- All bill photos in cloud storage
- Cashbook entries and saved bill items
What may be kept
Nothing from your khata is kept. We keep only a record that a deletion request was received and completed, and anything Indian law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
Delete only some data
You don't need to delete your whole account to remove data. In the app you can delete customers and entries (they move to the Recycle Bin, where you can delete them permanently), and delete cashbook entries and saved items at any time.
